Pamela (Pam) Collins is the President and CEO of Zenstarr Enterprises,
Inc., a corporate business consulting and training network, specializing
in organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and the train-the-trainer programs.
She is an adjunct professor at the University of
Maryland University College. Courses taught include Organizational
Development and Change, Women as Entrepreneur, and Effective Presentation
Skills. Pam is a consultant in the area of leadership with The George
Washington University - Center for Excellence in Municipal Management.
Providing services to private and public sector organizations, with a
focus on enhancing individuals, as well as, organizational effectiveness,
Pam brings an extensive background in organizational change, human resource
management, training and personal development. She has served on consulting
and training projects in Germany and the United Kingdom. Her professional
experience spans over 15 years of involvement in telecommunications, health-care
industries, non-profit organizations and educational institutions.
Pam's educational background includes: a Bachelor of Science (BS) in
Psychology and Education from Texas Southern University; Training Specialist
Certificate from Georgetown University; Master of Science (MS) in Organization
Development from American University. Her professional affiliations include:
National Organization Development Network (NODN), Society for Human Resource
Management (SHRM) and the American University National Training Laboratory
Association (AU/NTL). Pam is a certified facilitator of the Myers Briggs Type
Indicator (MBTI), in addition to other diagnostic instruments.
